S5

- S6 pupils are allowed to pick from a minimum of four columns leaving time for S6 activities. Pupils who are doing Advanced Highers or Foundation Apprenticeships can negotiate a lesser timetable.

- Skills for Work (SfW) courses run by Argyll College need minimum numbers to run and so pupils considering such a course should think of an alternative in that column.

- Argyll College are also running Foundation Apprenticeships in a number of subjects. Please contact Argyll College for further details.

- YASS courses (Young applicants in Scottish Schools) are also available to S6 and the relevant link is  YASS

- Advanced Highers do not run in all subjects and the subjects in which they are offered change from year to year.

- The Skills for Work (SfW) courses being offered by Argyll College are on the form in italics.

S4

- Pupils should pick one subject from each column.

- Pupils can choose a Skills for Work course run by Argyll College. These courses are vocational in nature and more information can be found on the Argyll College website. These courses are only run by the college should they receive sufficient numbers for each course so pupils should consider a back-up option in the relevant column. Argyll College also offer Foundation Apprenticeships and again, details can be found via the college website.

- Pupils wishing to choose a course at Advanced Higher level  need to contact the subject teacher to ascertain if the course is running next session and negotiate contact times.

- The choices pupils make may need to change in August in light of SQA results and/or  staffing changes

S3

- Pupils should pick one subject from each column

- Pupils can now choose a Skills for Work course run by Argyll College. These courses are vocational in nature and more information can be found on the Argyll College website. - The choices pupils make may need to change in August in light of SQA results and/or  staffing changes

- Some chosen classes may be full and pupils who find this will be prioritised for the following session

S2
